EXCHANGE POLICY

ELIGIBILITY  
• Exchange within 7 days of delivery  
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags  
• Proof of purchase required (order ID or invoice)

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS  
• Discounted / sale items may not be eligible  
• Damaged items due to misuse

PROCESS  
1. Email us at support@glaux.in with your order ID and reason for exchange.  
2. Once approved, ship the product to the address we provide.  
3. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement.

SHIPPING COSTS  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
